The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour

• What you'll be doing as a

Powder Coating Technician:

Set up and operation of powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent application of coatings Prepare metal parts by cleaning, masking, and sanding using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal coating adhesion Inspect finished products with visual checks and precision measuring instrument checks for quality assurance, ensuring coatings are defect-free Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning as well as troubleshooting mechanical issues Follow safety procedures rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to industrial painting standards Participate in job rotation in a variety of areas based on production needs. Everyone participates in job rotation as needed Available shifts:
