What You'll Do as a

Sander:

Sand and smooth fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and components in preparation for paint and finishing applicationsOperate hand sanders, orbital sanders, grinders, and other sanding equipmentInspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure products meet quality standardsRemove excess fiberglass material, rough edges, and surface defectsPrepare products for painting, gel coating, and sealing processesFollow production schedules and work instructions to maintain workflowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements What You Need to Bring to the

Sander Role:
