You'll design, build, repair, and maintain tooling that keeps production running smoothly and ensures top‑tier quality. If you enjoy working with complex dies, collaborating with engineering teams, and producing high‑accuracy components, this opportunity is built for you. A Day in the Life Fabricate and repair stamping tooling, including punches, dies, and assemblies Work closely with production teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality Troubleshoot die issues and collaborate with Engineering to improve manufacturability Participate in new tooling try‑outs and engineering changes Recommend repairs or outsourcing when appropriate Perform precision bend fitting and sub‑assembly work Produce high‑accuracy components and sub‑assemblies Conduct preventative maintenance to extend tooling lifespan Design fixtures/tools, create

drawings, and select proper metals Complete additional duties as assigned Preferred Skills & Abilities Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical documents Strong commitment to quality and success Excellent mechanical aptitude Solid math comprehension Journeyman or apprenticeship certification strongly preferred
Pay:
Up to $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
