Aesthetic Medicine - Cosmetic Botox Mobile Medical Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Dulles, Virginia office as a Per Diem Cosmetic Injector . We are looking for an experienced, personable clinician who is confident performing cosmetic neurotoxin injections and providing patients with natural, individualized aesthetic results. This is an excellent opportunity for an injector seeking a flexible position within an established medical practice. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic Botox/neurotoxin consultations and injections Evaluate patients and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans within applicable scope of practice Review medical history, contraindications, treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and alternatives Obtain and document appropriate informed consent Perform facial assessment and determine appropriate injection sites and dosing Provide pre- and post-treatment education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Obtain appropriate treatment photographs when indicated and consented Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage or escalate complications appropriately Maintain strict infection-control, medication-storage, and patient-safety standards Provide an excellent, professional patient experience Assist with patient retention and development of the practice's cosmetic services

Qualifications Required:

Current, unrestricted Virginia RN, PA, or NP license Previous hands-on cosmetic Botox/neurotoxin injection experience Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques Current BLS certification Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain appropriate coverage Excellent communication and patient-care skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently within established clinical protocols

Preferred:

Formal aesthetic injector training/certification Experience with Botox Cosmetic and/or other FDA-approved aesthetic neurotoxins Established experience treating common cosmetic areas including the glabella, forehead, and lateral canthal lines Experience recognizing and managing potential complications associated with neurotoxin injections Experience in an aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa setting Schedule This is a per diem/PRN position based at our Dulles, VA office . Scheduling will be based on patient demand and mutually agreed-upon availability. This position may be ideal for an experienced injector interested in adding aesthetic hours without committing to a traditional full-time schedule. Compensation Competitive per diem compensation based on experience. Compensation structure may include an hourly/per-session rate and/or performance-based incentives depending on the final arrangement. Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate already has cosmetic injection experience and can confidently begin treating patients after completing Mobile Medical Health's onboarding and clinical protocol review. We are particularly interested in clinicians who value patient safety, conservative aesthetic judgment, natural-looking results, and excellent patient relationships. Experience performing cosmetic neurotoxin injections is required. This is not intended to be an entry-level injector training position.
