Responsibilities:
What Will I Do? Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential) Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan) Adhere to safety policies and procedures Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes? 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment Good analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
