Job Description Skagen Energy Services is looking for an experienced Waste Water Technician to join our team based in Camden, TN. You will have the greatest chance of success for this position if you are mechanically inclined, have previous oil & gas and/or water treatment experience, and are committed to an engaging position. Responsibilities Manage Unit performance such as on-stream time, operating rates, Unit reliability, appearance, and environmental performance. Sampling and introductory water chemistry analysis. Attend to routine raw materials ordering and replenishment. Operational adjustments, unit surveillance, troubleshooting, and production reporting. Heavy lifting may be required, maneuvering into confined spaces. Safe and efficient completion of all operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Ensure Unit maintenance such as pump seal replacement, tank cleaning, lubrication, demister cleaning, and any other parts affecting operating performance are adequately maintained. Support major maintenance tasks or relocation of a unit from one site to another in an area of operations. The hours are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday- Friday. This is subject to change. Guaranteed full-time hours. Experience and Requirements Previous wastewater experience in the oilfield or plant environments. (nice to have, not required) Valid driver's license. Reliable Vehicle (Mileage compensated). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Mechanical Tech aptitude or certification. Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision, drawing on previous experience, good judgment, and commitment to safe work procedures and operating standards. Experience with different types of pumps, valves, and flow mechanics. Heavy lifting may be required, maneuvering into small confined spaces.
