Job Description Job Description MiG/ TiG Welder Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled MiG/ TiG Welder for a company based in Jemison, AL. In this role you are primarily responsible for welding metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding processes and safety protocols. Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am 4:30 pm. Fridays 6:00am

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment. MiG/ TiG Welder
• Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a MIG/TIG welder or similar role.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions (standing, bending, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in welding or related field is a plus.
