Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join the Best Enterprise team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welding & Fabrication operations across various custom build projects, ensuring that all work meets strict safety standards and technical specifications. Your expertise in different welding techniques, blueprint interpretation, and fabrication will be essential to delivering durable, precise, and reliable stainless steel assemblies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to custom and manufacturing projects while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Responsibilities Execute welding tasks utilizing MIG (Metal Inert Gas),, and other welding methods in accordance with project specifications and safety protocols. Read and interpret work orders, prints, schematics and drawings Use hand tools, power tools, levels, and other measuring instruments to ensure precise fabrication and assembly of components. Follow safety regulations, codes & standards, and site-specific safety protocols during all phases of work. Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy materials and components safely. Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections completed, and compliance with safety standards to ensure quality assurance. Experience 2+ years of proven experience in welding and fabrication. Demonstrated ability to read work orders, prints, schematics and technical drawings Familiarity with safety regulations related to welding operations OSHA guidelines. Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, level, and other fabrication equipment. Join our team as a Welder where your craftsmanship will directly impact the success of complex projects! Pay:
From $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
