Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Welder specializing in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding with a flexible schedule that adapts to your lifestyle! In this vital role, you will utilize your expert welding skills to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components across various construction and manufacturing projects. Your mechanical knowledge, precision measuring abilities, and adherence to safety protocols will ensure high-quality craftsmanship that meets industry standards. This position offers an energetic work environment where your expertise directly contributes to innovative fabrication solutions and project success. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other metals. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment and related tools. Select appropriate welding materials, filler rods, settings, and techniques. Prepare, fit, and position components prior to welding. Inspect welds for quality, strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy. Perform grinding, polishing, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as required. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Identify welding defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments. Work with supervisors and other team members to resolve fabrication or quality issues. #
INDHP Pay:
$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
