• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Perform welding and metal fabrication using various techniques
• Cut, shape, and join metal components using appropriate tools and equipment
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with project specifications
• Operate welding and cutting tools safely and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure welded structures meet engineering and safety standards
• Conduct quality control checks and make necessary adjustments to welding procedures
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in other construction-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all interactions to foster a productive and collaborative work environment
• Willingness to travel to construction sites
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Technical training or welding certification preferred, not required
• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a construction or industrial setting
• Proficiency in various welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of metal properties and welding materials
• Familiarity with welding codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary OSHA 10 is required (within 30 days of employment)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Salary/Benefits:
