Our ideal candidate is an experienced, well-rounded fabricator who is proficient in multiple welding processes, understands metal fabrication and mechanical assembly, and can independently design, measure, cut, fit, weld, and finish custom projects. We want someone who can think critically, solve problems, and build professional-quality equipment that meets our standards for durability, functionality, and appearance. Perform high-quality TIG, MIG, Stick (SMAW), and other applicable welding processes . Work proficiently with aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and other common fabrication materials. Interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, sketches, and measurements. Independently measure, lay out, cut, bend, drill, notch, fit, and assemble materials. Fabricate custom pressure washing trailers, flatbed truck systems, industrial equipment frames, and specialized machinery components. Operate fabrication equipment, including welders, plasma cutters, grinders, saws, drill presses, and other metalworking tools. Develop practical fabrication solutions for unique or challenging custom projects. Ensure proper weld penetration, structural integrity, alignment, fitment, and professional finishing. Work closely with management and technicians to design and improve custom equipment systems. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe fabrication workspace. Take ownership of projects from initial design through final assembly and quality inspection. Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional welding and metal fabrication experience preferred. Overtime opportunities available for employees interested in additional hours and earning potential. Company-supplied tools and equipment - welding machines, fabrication equipment, and necessary shop tools are provided. Fully equipped fabrication workspace with the machinery and resources needed to complete projects. Consistent, full-time employment with a growing company. Variety of custom projects - work on unique equipment builds rather than repetitive production-line welding. Opportunities to expand your skills in custom fabrication, equipment manufacturing, and mechanical assembly. A team-oriented work environment that values craftsmanship, initiative, and quality workmanship. What We're Looking For We're looking for more than someone who knows how to weld. We want a fabricator who can build. Someone who can look at a project, understand what needs to be accomplished, determine the best fabrication approach, and execute it with precision. The ideal candidate is resourceful, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas into finished products. Our projects are often custom-built rather than repetitive production work, so adaptability, creativity, and independent problem-solving are essential. How to Apply Please submit your resume detailing your welding and fabrication experience. Applicants are strongly encouraged to include photographs of previous fabrication projects, custom builds, or examples of their welding work. Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a paid practical welding and fabrication skills assessment as part of the hiring process. If you're a skilled fabricator who takes pride in building high-quality custom equipment, we want to hear from you!
