Be part of a new facility from the ground up Competitive pay Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable and growing company Team-oriented culture Three-day weekends every week Opportunity to help shape processes and workplace culture What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on steel components Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as required Set up and adjust welding equipment for proper weld quality Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures Operate fabrication equipment including saws, shears, brakes, and other metalworking machinery Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, squares, and calipers Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards Cross-train in other production areas as needed

Required Qualifications:
