Requirements 2 years of experience Able to lift 50 lbs. What You Will Do As a Welding Technician you will perform TIG welding on fabricated components, interpret blueprints and welding specifications, prepare materials, inspect completed welds, operate fabrication equipment, verify measurements, maintain welding equipment, and support safe, accurate, and efficient manufacturing operations while producing high-quality finished products. The Welding Technician plays an important role in manufacturing by producing high-quality welded assemblies that meet strict dimensional and cosmetic standards. This position requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and pride in craftsmanship. Successful Welding Technician candidates understand TIG welding procedures, fabrication processes, blueprint interpretation, and workplace safety while supporting efficient production operations.
