Every day is different and every job is different than the last one. Not boring, mostly higher end components for boats and buildings made of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Salary based on what you have to offer. Not afraid of test periods and quick pay increases. Four 10 hour days and half day Fridays is the norm.
