Seeking experienced Pipe Welder/Fabricators for 1st shift. Requirements 5 years of professional pipe welding and fabrication experience , or equivalent demonstrated skills. Pipe welding experience in an industrial, commercial, or construction setting. Strong MIG, TIG, and Stick welding skills. Ability to select appropriate welding settings and techniques and pass a practical weld test . Ability to read blueprints, isometric drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and work instructions. Pipe preparation, fitting, layout, measurement, and joint alignment skills. Experience working with steel; stainless steel and aluminum experience is a plus. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Measure, cut, bevel, fit, fabricate, and weld pipe, fittings, and metal assemblies according to drawings and specifications. Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding using the appropriate processes and materials. Operate and maintain welding equipment, grinders, torches, saws, drills, and related tools. Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality, dimensions, and alignment; identify defects and make necessary corrections. Follow hot-work procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety rules. Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and quality inspectors to complete work on schedule. Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Schedule 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00a-4:00p Overtime, travel, weekend work may be required All hours worked over 40 are paid at 1.5x overtime $22-30/hour depending on experience and qualifications
