As a Junior MIG Fabrication Welder, you'll turn drawings into durable products, keep safety at the forefront, and help a tight-knit team deliver dependable results. What You'll Do Prepare, set up, and operate welding equipment to support production runs with reliable throughput. Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine measurements, sequence, and fit-up needs. Perform MIG welding to fabricate parts and assemblies that meet spec and finish standards. Verify your work—inspect welds and dimensions for accuracy and compliance. Keep your area organized and hazard-free while following all safety procedures. Team up with peers to refine processes and boost efficiency. Assist with troubleshooting weld quality or equipment issues as they arise.
