Description:

Welder and Fabricator Job Summary Join a small manufacturing team producing custom aluminum and steel products. This role involves welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and general production work in a shop environment. Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication on aluminum and steel products Read and follow blueprints and work instructions Use a tape measure to mark, cut, and assemble materials accurately Operate equipment such as drill presses, punch presses, and brake presses Assist with assembly, packaging, inspection, and other production tasks Use hand tools safely and maintain quality standards Work closely with a small team and maintain a safe work area Requirements 6+ months of machine operating experience preferred 6+ months of experience using a tape measure in a manufacturing setting Ability to read blueprints Basic welding and fabrication skills Ability to stand throughout the shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Welding certification, trade school training, or hobby welding experience Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience Experience with assembly, inspection, or general production Why Join? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
