Job Description

Penmac Staffing is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in the Shell Knob, Missouri area. Our client is a national leader in the manufacturing, construction, repair, and installation of commercial boat lifts and marine systems.

Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Weekend Shift Available:
Friday through SundayThree 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)RequirementsCandidates should possess the following qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience requiredAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and work instructionsExperience using hand and power toolsForklift experience preferredAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentDependable attendance and strong attention to detailWillingness to complete required pre-employment screeningsResponsibilitiesAs a MIG Welder, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of commercial boat lift and marine system components.
Duties may include:
Welding assemblies according to shop drawings and specificationsSetting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipmentInspecting completed welds for quality and accuracyUsing hand tools and fabrication equipment as neededOperating a forklift to move materials and finished productsFollowing all workplace safety guidelines and proceduresAssisting with fabrication and production activities as assignedWhy Apply?
