Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our dynamic team in Kinston, NC, 28504. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing and assembly of composite materials, contributing to innovative projects and ensuring high-quality standards. If you have a passion for composites and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble composite components according to engineering specifications. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in composite manufacturing. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in composites is a plus. Proven experience in composite manufacturing or a related field. Strong understanding of composite materials and their properties. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in the use of hand tools and machinery related to composite fabrication. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
