Job Summary:

Responsible for meeting or exceeding all welding production standards for all welding processes in a safe manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and work from blueprints. Setup for various welding functions. Move equipment and materials to and from workstations. Perform quality fit up for welding. Weld like metals and dissimilar metals.

Position Requirements:

Good mechanical aptitude - manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus. Experience in the use of standard shop tools and inspection measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to read blueprints/ shop drawings is a plus. Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout work schedule, 6-8 hours per day. Ability to regularly maneuver up to 50 pounds.
