What You'll Be Doing Perform welding and fabrication to repair and maintain plant equipment Safely operate welding machines, cutting torches, and hand tools Inspect equipment and welds to ensure quality and operational reliability Identify repair needs and support maintenance activities to reduce downtime Follow all safety standards and work collaboratively with plant teams What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and accurately Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality workmanship in an industrial environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
