Available Spectra360 is hiring an experienced Senior MIG/TIG Welder for a custom sheet metal manufacturing operation. We are specifically looking for experienced welders with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding within a manufacturing, sheet metal, or metal fabrication environment . This is not an entry-level welding position . Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of hands-on MIG/TIG welding experience and be comfortable reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and producing clean, accurate welds with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal components Weld according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Set up and adjust welding equipment for different jobs and materials Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Inspect welds for proper penetration, appearance, dimensions, and overall quality Work with various metals used in custom sheet metal fabrication Perform grinding, finishing, and additional fabrication work as needed Use hand and power tools safely Inspect materials and completed parts for accuracy Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Support production and fabrication teams as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience strongly preferred Strong hands-on experience with both MIG and TIG welding Previous manufacturing, sheet metal, or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to independently read and work from blueprints and engineering drawings Knowledge of weld symbols and specifications Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum is a strong plus Ability to set up and adjust your own welding equipment Strong attention to detail and weld quality Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively as part of a production team Schedule & Compensation 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday Full-Time Overtime available
Pay:
