Falcon Industries is looking to add a Spot-Welding Operator to our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Operate and maintain equipment. Ability to work independently. Ability to run repetitive production parts. Reports to Department Manager. May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing Minimum 1 year experience in spot welding High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols. Ability to read blueprints and measure parts. Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Dependable Detail oriented Energetic and eager to learn

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 pounds Ability to sit, walk and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours). Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in noisy environment, varying temperatures

Bonus Points:
