The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, fabrication expertise, and welding skills to produce high-quality metal components and assemblies. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, adhering to safety protocols, and working with various fabrication tools and welding techniques to meet project specifications and standards. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements. Perform metal fabrication tasks including cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling sheet metal and other metal materials. Execute welding operations using

FCAW, MIG

(GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and SMAW processes in accordance with AWS standards. Operate power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure precise dimensions. Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics for accurate fabrication. Utilize shop math for measurements and calculations related to fabrication projects. Assist with the setup and operation of machinery such as press brakes or machining tools when required. Comply with safety procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Requirements Experience in metal fabrication, welding (MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW), and shop math. Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication shop processes Experience operating rigging equipment or forklifts is a plus. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Relevant construction site or manufacturing experience preferred. Pay:
