Job Description
Job description: C & J Equipment Manufacturing is a full-service fabrication company established in 1978. C&J is now hiring Structural Welding Lead to train new welders and assist the Supervisor in monitoring the department. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of Mig welding and skid building experience requiredBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Superior attendance and accountability
- Knowledge and ability to adhere to all safety requirements, policies and procedures.
- Ability to climb in overhead structures and work in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of basic tools, ability to read measuring tapes and use various types of levels.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, power tools and hand tools.
