The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to design requirements. Conduct assembly tasks for various projects while ensuring to codes & standards. Operate forklifts safely for material handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on welding and fabrication. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques Familiarity with mechanical knowledge including the use of calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills for precise measurements. Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise during the manufacturing process. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
