We're seeking experienced Welders to fabricate custom pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and prototype equipment used by leading industrial, energy, and data center organizations across the country.

Pay:

What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components. Fabricate and assemble custom pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, and industrial equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment while selecting appropriate welding methods and materials. Complete fitting, cutting, layout, and pipe welding tasks as required. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications. Utilize precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to complete custom projects. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional welding experience. Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding ; Pulse and Flux Core experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience welding carbon steel; stainless steel experience is a plus. Prior fabrication, fitting, and assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Understanding of welding quality standards and inspection practices. Pipe welding and pipe fitting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Welding certifications are a plus but not required. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Pressure vessel fabrication Code welding Stainless steel welding Industrial OEM manufacturing Process equipment fabrication Heat exchanger production Pipe fabrication and assembly Quality inspection and dimensional verification Work Environment You'll work in a clean, organized, and well-maintained manufacturing facility equipped with modern tools and equipment. The shop is heated during the winter, well-lit, and designed to support safe and efficient fabrication work year-round. Unlike high-volume production facilities, this role offers the opportunity to work on custom-engineered products and one-of-a-kind projects that challenge your skills and keep the work engaging.
