Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components based on engineering drawings and or Jigs
- Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, machining tools, plasma cutting machines, and press brake machines
- Perform welding, and machining tasks to join and shape metal parts
- Use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and precision in fabrication processes
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Able to come to work on time consistently
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques
- Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with operating tools and equipment used in fabrication work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
