Established, family-owned foundation. The client has more than 35 years behind its specialty-food business and has developed into a multi-generational, multi-brand manufacturer. Growth candidates can see. Current company research indicates that 70-80 retail SKUs are being prepared for broader retail and online distribution, supporting a credible next-stage growth story. Modern and sustainability-minded production. The company describes its Bergen County operation as a larger facility with state-of-the-art equipment, solar panels, and other efforts intended to reduce its carbon footprint. Broad market and product exposure. The business serves retail, foodservice, and private-label customers across organic, gluten-free, Non-GMO, kosher, vegan, vegetarian, appetizer, entree, and dessert categories. Far more variety than production welding. Projects can include sanitary piping, tanks, platforms, guarding, hoppers, chutes, conveyors, processing equipment, utility tie-ins, equipment relocation, and commissioning. Craftsmanship with measurable plant impact. In-house fabrication can reduce OEM lead time and downtime while improving throughput, sanitation, maintainability, and operator safety. Recognition as the technical authority. The Tier 4 fabricator is trusted to work independently, partner directly with Engineering, set sanitary fabrication standards, and mentor less-experienced team members. A strong weekday package. The primary schedule is Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-1:30 AM, and benefits are offered. Weekend and shutdown coverage may occasionally be requested.
