We're seeking a dedicated professional with experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship to fill an important role in a reputable manufacturing company. Hours:

1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (overtime as needed on Saturdays)

Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Weld steel and aluminum components using MIG welding techniques Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Measure and fabricate parts with precision Maintain quality standards throughout the welding process Follow safety protocols and workplace standards

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience with steel and/or aluminum Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficient in using measuring devices and fabrication tools High School Diploma or GED Ability to work on-site in Hartville, Ohio Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment fabrication Certifications in advanced welding techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED preferred At least 2 years of dedicated welding experience

Other Requirements:

Ability to work from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed on Saturdays Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
