Thermeq Company, located in Waterville Ohio, is an Industrial Equipment and Steel Provider currently looking for full-time Welder/Fabricators. We offer complete Project Management services including design, fabrication and product installation. Our product base is wide and includes manufacturing of Thermal and Mechanical equipment, Commercial and Residential Steel, Miscellaneous metal fabrication and Zoo animal containment. Requirements - Ability to pass a D1.1 Unlimited test, experience in steel fabrication (3 years preferred), blueprint reading, and ability to operate various equipment. Stainless Steel or Aluminum welding a plus. Individuals are responsible for layouts, fit-ups and MIG welding process based on provided blueprints. Pay is based on skill assessment and experience upon hire. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match (after 1-year), paid holidays and paid vacation after 6 months, $100 Annual Boot Reimbursement. Employees on 2nd Shift receive an additional shift premium. 1st
