RDF&P, Inc. | Joseph, OR RDF&P is seeking experienced Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join our growing team. We fabricate structural steel, custom metal products, and high-tech semiconductor industry components in a fast-paced shop environment. Pay range varies depending on experience. What You'll Do Fit, weld, and fabricate steel components from drawings and blueprints Read and interpret welding symbols and shop drawings Perform FCAW (Flux Core) welding and fabrication work to quality standards Use hand tools, measuring devices, grinders, drills, and fabrication equipment Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules Qualifications Experience in welding, fitting, or fabrication Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Strong tape measure and basic math skills FCAW (Flux Core) experience required Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment What We Offer Competitive pay DOE Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Overtime opportunities Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities A weld test and drug test are required during the interview process.
