Express is seeking a Welder for a Custom Metal Fabrication Company in Allison ! Express is seeking experienced Welders to assist with a large upcoming fabrication project. This is a 6-7 month temporary assignment with potential for long-term employment for candidates who are a good fit! The ideal candidate will have MIG and TIG welding experience and be comfortable working in a fabrication environment.

SHIFT:

Daylight:

7:00am-3:30pm OR 6:00am-2:30pm

Midnight:

4:00pm-Midnight with shift differential

Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal components Read and follow welding specifications and work instructions Prepare materials and surfaces for welding Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and proper welding practices Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Other duties as required Qualifications of the

Welder:

High school diploma or GED MIG and TIG welding experience Ability to successfully complete a weld test prior to placement Attention to detail and safety Reliability Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
