Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Welder - Job Summary WorkLink Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder for a full-time opportunity in Export, PA, with the potential for permanent hire by an established company in business since 1974. This Welder position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and long-term career potential. Welder Responsibilities Perform TIG, MIG, stick, and carbon welding according to blueprints, job travelers, customer specifications, and welding codes.

Set up and operate welding equipment, including robotic arc welders.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.

Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Select appropriate welding equipment, wire, and supplies for each job.

Operate cranes to position materials and workpieces.

Record production quantities, time, quality inspections, and other required documentation.

Operate multiple processes as needed and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Assist with general labor and deliveries as assigned. Welder Qualifications Welding experience with TIG, MIG, stick, or carbon welding preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to set up and operate welding equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to operate a crane or willingness to learn.
