Positions Available:
Welders Perform welding operations using various techniques (Mig, Tig, Stick, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards. Fitters Assemble and accurately fit-up parts according to shop drawings within the company's tolerances. Read, review, and interpret shop drawings. Perform quality control checks and adjustments as necessary. Metal Fabricators Fabrication of material (shear, bend, roll, drill, etc.) Operate various fabrication machines (press brake, shears, rollers, etc.) Operate tools as required in general steel fabrication (drill, grinders, cutting torches, etc.) Read and interpret shop drawings. Assemble fabricated parts into the final product. Qualifications Proven experience in welding, fitting, or metal fabrication. Welders should have experience in either MIG, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required. Always maintains a clean and safe working environment. Works with shop foreman to review scopes and perform tasks assigned. Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality. General working knowledge of equipment utilized in a steel fabrication facility. Why Join Martelli Companies? Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
