50+ hours available a week (Great Overtime Opportunity) Job Description Join a dynamic team to weld stainless steel and carbon steel piping utilizing TIG (GTAW) and STICK (SMAW) processes. Utilize your expertise to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols, ensuring precise layout, fit-up, and welding of pipe systems. Conduct thorough visual inspections and quality checks on welds, and collaborate effectively with pipefitters, foremen, and project managers to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities Weld stainless steel and carbon steel piping using TIG and STICK processes. Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols. Perform layout, fit-up, and welding of pipe systems to exact specifications. Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on welds. Collaborate with pipefitters, foremen, and project managers to meet project deadlines. Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems. Proficiency in TIG and STICK welding techniques. Ability to pass weld tests. Strong understanding of pipe welding tools, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
