Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Complete welds that meet

standards and customer specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures. Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and accuracy. Operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and related fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Work on a wide range of custom and production projects requiring different welding processes and techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication and welding challenges. Participate in certification and skills-development opportunities, including D1.1 certification if not currently certified. Qualifications Proven experience with both MIG and TIG welding is required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to pass a weld test. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Dependable attendance and ability to work a Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule.
