Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. Requirements:

What You'll Do Fabricate and weld custom truck components and assemblies using (GMAW) MIG and (GTAW) TIG welding processes. Build truck-mounted propane systems, tank supports, equipment enclosures, structural components, and other custom assemblies. Work with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, drawings, and work instructions. Use weld fixtures, jigs, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure accuracy and consistency. Inspect your work to verify quality, fit, and compliance with specifications. Operate grinders, hand tools, material handling equipment, and fabrication equipment as needed. Collaborate with designers, assemblers, and production team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. What Makes You Successful Strong welding and fabrication skills. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols. General manufacturing or fabrication experience. Familiarity with grinders, hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and calipers. Basic math, computer, and communication skills. Ability to inspect and verify work to specifications. Preferred TIG welding experience. Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel. Experience building truck bodies, trailers, tanks, service equipment, or custom fabricated products. Forklift and overhead crane experience. AWS welding certifications. Why Join Fisk?
