Friday•Sunday 6:00am•6:00pm Shift Perks Paid Lunch! Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 Overtime available during weekdays, or additional weekend hours Doubt time after 44 hours worked Overall Responsibility Fabrication welders are needed in the welding of sheet metal. GMAW is mostly Galvanneal with some welding of aluminum and stainless steel (experience is helpful but not required). Set-up equipment to MIG weld mild steel, stainless and aluminum metals. Interpret/understand weld symbols on print and have good attention to detail. Key Job Duties Able to use measuring equipment: tape measure, micrometer, square, etc. Understand mathematics to verify job requirements and print specifications. Hold high quality standards to meet customer specifications. Follow company policy and standards. Keep work centers clean and orderly. Able to take and follow directives. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years Fabrication/Manufacturing experience. 1+ years MIG welding experience. Desired Qualities and Attributes Ability to work and function as a team. Self-motivated and can work without much supervision. Strong communication skills (written, verbal). Is safety minded and puts safety first while performing job duties and functions.
