Sistersville Tank Works, Inc., a family-owned custom metal fabrication company, is seeking experienced Welders and Fitters to join our team at our Sistersville, WV location. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and are comfortable working in a custom fabrication environment. Positions may include opportunities for both shop and field work . Welder Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of welding experience Experience with GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), and/or FCAW (Flux-Core) welding processes Working knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation Ability to produce quality welds while maintaining attention to detail Ability to work safely and effectively in both shop and potential field environments Fitter Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication and fitting Must be well versed in reading and interpreting blueprints Strong layout, measurement, and fitting skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation $20.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and assignment. The listed pay range includes both shop and field contract opportunities .
