Please note:

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are specifically looking for someone who is already working in the custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products industry and has an existing book of business and established customer relationships. If you have general sales experience but have not previously sold custom apparel or promotional products, this position is likely not the right fit. The Opportunity We're looking for someone who knows this industry, understands the sales process, and already has relationships they can bring with them and continue developing. In return, we offer a highly competitive 50% of gross profit on your sales compensation structure. Our team handles production and fulfillment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: servicing your accounts, building relationships, and growing your business. What We're Looking For Current or previous sales experience specifically within the custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products industry An established book of business with customer relationships you can actively develop Strong knowledge of apparel, decoration methods, quoting, and the overall industry Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working within a performance-based compensation structure Someone looking for a long-term home where they can continue building their book of business What You'll Do Transition and manage your existing customer relationships Develop additional business within your existing network Prospect and build new accounts Quote and sell custom apparel, embroidery, promotional products, and company stores Manage customer relationships from initial conversation through reorder Work alongside our production and office teams to ensure your customers receive excellent service Compensation 50% of gross profit on your sales This position is designed for an established industry salesperson who wants to be rewarded directly for the business they bring in and grow. We handle production and fulfillment in-house and have built the infrastructure and team to support experienced salespeople who want to focus on growing and servicing their accounts.
