Events and Promotions Manager Bacon Home Remodeling Put your sales experience to work building and leading a team. Bacon Home Remodeling is looking for a motivated, energetic Events and Promotions Manager to build and run our event lead generation program for our bathroom and deck divisions. This could be a great next step for an experienced salesperson who enjoys engaging people and motivating others and is ready to move into a leadership role. You will find and book events, hire and coach promoters, and make sure our team produces qualified leads. We need someone who takes initiative, follows through, and holds themselves and their team accountable. What You Will Do Find and manage events Identify home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and other opportunities to connect with homeowners. Evaluate event opportunities, costs, and audience fit. Build the event calendar and handle bookings, applications, deadlines, and organizer relationships. Coordinate staffing, displays, supplies, setup, and teardown. Hire and lead promoters Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule a dependable team of promoters. Teach promoters how to approach attendees, start conversations, explain our services, and collect qualified leads. Set clear expectations, motivate the team, and coach performance. Address attendance issues, staffing gaps, and poor performance promptly. Be present and produce results Attend events regularly to check in, lead the team, and make sure things are running properly. Lead by example by personally engaging homeowners and generating leads. Keep our booth professional, inviting, and active. Manage approved contests and giveaways. Track event costs and results, and recommend which events to repeat or improve. Work closely with our managers Coordinate with the Call Center Manager to ensure leads are complete, accurate, and delivered promptly. Work with the Sales Manager to understand which event leads become completed appointments and sales. Use feedback to improve event selection, promoter training, and lead quality. Who We Are Looking For An outgoing, driven person who is comfortable approaching strangers and handling rejection. Sales, promotions, canvassing, event marketing, or similar experience. The ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable. A professional appearance, clear communication, and an approachable personality. Strong organization and follow-through across multiple schedules and deadlines. Someone who solves problems and takes ownership without needing constant direction. Comfort using scheduling tools, entering leads, and tracking basic performance numbers. Previous leadership and home improvement experience are preferred, but strong sales skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn matter. Schedule and Expectations Regular weekend and evening availability is required. This is a hands-on role involving local travel, event attendance, booth setup and teardown, and extended periods of engaging attendees. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
