About the Position OneSpark Marketing is seeking a motivated, results driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our Pearland territory, primarily serving Pearland, Friendswood and surrounding areas. This is an outside sales position focused on building relationships with local business owners, generating new business, and growing a portfolio of recurring clients through Indoor Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing Services. If you are self motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and are excited by uncapped earning potential and recurring income, we want to hear from you. Some sales experience is helpful but not required. A complete onboarding and training package is included.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Develop and grow your assigned territory. Prospect local businesses through in person visits, networking, referrals, and events. Meet with business owners to understand their marketing goals. Present Indoor Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing Services. Build and maintain long term client relationships. Prepare proposals and marketing recommendations with support from our internal team. Maintain accurate sales and client information in our CRM. Represent One Spark Marketing professionally throughout the local business community. Compensation Commission only with uncapped earning potential. Earn 100% of the profit from the first month of every new client you close. After the first month, earn 35% recurring commission on the client's monthly profit for as long as they remain active. Build a growing portfolio of recurring clients and monthly residual income. Clients typically remain active for at least one year. Expected first year earnings of $45,000 to $90,000+, with top performers exceeding this range. Qualifications Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Self motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable meeting and speaking with local business owners.
