Knowledge of RBJ Software We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Escrow field.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
• Review contracts and financial documents for accuracy
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
• verify loan documentation for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Perform basic math calculations related to escrow transactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in escrow; Book of business or able to have a Drive to market and obtain your own pipeline ; knowledge in mobile home closings

• Strong knowledge of escrow processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
