Responsibilities:

Own full-funnel marketing strategy — from acquisition through retention — driving measurable revenue growth, not just traffic. Launch, test, and scale paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms), cutting underperformers based on unit economics. Lead go-to-market execution for new products and channels, and run structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email, and offers. Build and optimize lifecycle marketing flows, creative testing programs, and high-performing ad/email/landing page assets. Manage the marketing budget like a P&L, and track core KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin) to guide real-time decisions. Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, manage agencies and cross-functional partners, and develop scalable systems and SOPs for repeatable execution.
