As a key member of the executive team, your expertise will help align marketing initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration to elevate our market presence. Your leadership will inspire individuals to collaborate, communicate and bring creativity to marketing strategies. Marketing Strategies & Team Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead and manage diverse teams to ensure cohesive execution. Well-rounded experience in leading all areas of marketing, such as websites, paid media, online and digital marketing, social engagement, OOH advertising, broadcast media, print, and local community outreach Oversee the planning, development, and management of integrated marketing campaigns. Implement best use of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline workflows, and enhance personalization. Solid understanding of web analytics reporting to successfully manage external vendors. Utilization of in-house systems to identify lead quality, and conversion rates in order to optimize marketing strategies accordingly. Manage budgets effectively for all marketing activities, while ensuring ROI maximization through rigorous analysis of campaign metrics. Foster cross-functional collaboration between in-house team and external vendors to align messaging and amplify brand impact. Lead research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing techniques that can be integrated into our campaigns. Experience Minimum of 5-years of proven experience in senior marketing roles with a strong track record of managing marketing initiatives, leading teams and overseeing vendors. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media advertising campaigns, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and print advertising. Proficiency in SEO best practices. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams specializing in content creation, graphic design, and performance analytics. Strong background in web analytics reporting for strategic decisions. Experience with CRM systems for customer segmentation and personalized outreach strategies. Expertise in developing integrated campaigns that combine traditional advertising with innovative digital tactics, and grassroot outreach for maximum impact. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while fostering a positive, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
