About the CompanyThe company builds vertically integrated, nuclear-powered AI infrastructure campuses. Each campus combines on-site micro-modular reactors with high-density compute and patented immersion cooling, then puts the reactor's heat and power to work across adjacent businesses: direct air capture, medical radioisotopes and e-fuels.
The company organizes its business around six pillars: Power, Compute, Cool, Capture, Cure and Convert. Its ambition is to deliver multiple gigawatts of clean, firm power to AI compute by the early 2030s, and it is building the company to operate with the transparency and discipline expected of a public company.
