Job Description

A leader in the DTC eCommerce industry is hiring a Head of Marketing in Covington, KY for a full-time position, onsite.

Head of Marketing Perks:

Lead an entire marketing, eCommerce, and creative organization with five direct reports. Own the marketing budget across multiple brands with funding available for profitable ad spend. Report directly to executive leadership and play a key role in company strategy. Join a founder led, purpose driven company with over 25 years of industry experience. Head of Marketing Requirements:

15+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce with a strong performance marketing background. Proven experience scaling brands through significant growth phases. Fluency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify. Experience building and leveraging AI driven workflows within marketing operations. Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing team members.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and hold accountable the marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams. Develop and execute brand level growth strategy across multiple brands. Own budget forecasting and deliver spend and revenue projections to leadership. Manage accountability for external agency and vendor partnerships. Serve as marketing's voice on the leadership team and own key performance measurables.
