Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank/Lubbock National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. Management of Email marketing and social media. Coordinate duties and activities with Marketing Director, i.e. reports, special events, charities, (bank and agency) etc. Act as primary contact for all LNB sponsorships and coordinate attendees for bank sponsored events. Manage and maintain all aspects of the executive dining room. Holiday, party, and special events planning and arrangements. All administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, filing, organization. Promote the bank through community sponsorships/donations/advertising/social media. Increase the bank's CRA presence in the Lubbock Market. Represent the Bank as needed within the community as a board/committee member. Actively promote the bank through public relations activities and civic opportunities striving to build market share and customer trust.
Requirements:
A college education is required. 2-3 years' marketing/public relations experience is required. Banking experience is a plus. Must be able to discuss all bank services with customers, potential customers and business associates. Experience administering social media platforms preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Qualified applicants must successfully pass a credit and background check to be eligible for employment.
