Position Summary:

\nThe VP Marketing will collaborate with the President, North America Seats and Market Development Managers to identify our marketing strategy across the toilet seat and bidet product lines and brands with the input from Sales and Finance. Will lead the development and execution of the marketing and product development strategy. Responsible for implementing marketing and product development strategies that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth. In addition to management of the Bemis marketing and product development strategy, the VP Marketing will support sales initiatives with our retail and wholesale partners to enhance growth. Use performance metrics and data analysis to focus on the most meaningful and effective marketing and product development strategies to achieve business goals. Manage talent to meet strategic initiatives with a keen sense of urgency and support the growth and capabilities of the internal talent. Supervisor Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.\n
Mentor and guide direct reports.\n
Oversee the daily workflow of the direct reports.

Specific Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and execution of annual marketing and product development plan, strategy, and team.\n
Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing and product development team.\n
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and create counterstrategies.\n
Evaluate new opportunities, trends, and insights to determine strategic fit while optimizing spend and performance.\n
Provide leadership for annual strategic plans to review current market segments and develop action plans with Sales and Industry Segment teams.\n
Create, deploy, and optimize brand content and standards across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and consumer journey effectiveness.\n
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple consumer touch points.\n
Direct all initiatives across the marketing and product development team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or Communications with master's degree highly preferred.\n
12+ years experience in brand building and product development.\nIn depth knowledge of market research.\n
Driven, results oriented, and accountable, for marketing's and product development's impact on company's success.\n
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\n
